Theresa Lewis is the Founder and CEO of Quality Maids Service, a premium cleaning company built on over 25 years of hands-on experience, dedication, and a deep passion for excellence. Her journey in the cleaning industry is nothing short of inspiring — beginning humbly as a cleaner and rising through the ranks to become a nationally recognized leader.

Theresa started her career at The Maids of Medway, where her work ethic and leadership quickly elevated her from assistant cleaner to team leader, then to field manager. She received extensive training in Omaha, Nebraska, covering field operations, customer service, and sales — eventually becoming the top sales performer in the country. Her success earned her the opportunity to run her own office, where she led her team to win "Team of the Year." She was later promoted to Regional Manager, further expanding her influence and impact within the industry.

After her time at The Maids, Theresa went on to serve as Chief Customer Officer (CCO) at MaidPro, continuing to lead with integrity and vision. Her expertise has made her a sought-after voice in the industry, even being invited to share her insights at business conferences and service excellence panels.

Today, Theresa leads Quality Maids Service with the same drive and heart that defined her career. For her, this business is more than just cleaning — it’s about peace of mind, trust, and building a legacy for her family.
